NTSC version vs. PAL version... who do you think wins?
I prefer the PAL one I think, even though it looks like a terrorist on the cover..
Here are some other box art varieties, just for the hell of it. NTSC first, than PAL.

They do seem to have better coloring. Or should I say, colouring. Especially Gotham's, love the purple sky, and the car just looks more polished and sleek to me.
